head—geneva

As a PhD candidate and Assistant to the Visual Communication Department at HEAD Geneva, I support academic activities, research projects, and student development within one of Switzerland's leading art and design institutions. My responsibilities include coordinating educational programs, facilitating workshops, and contributing to the development of design curriculum focused on contemporary visual communication practices.

Working within the Visual Communication Department, I support the undergraduate program, helping students develop critical and practical skills in graphic design, digital media, and visual research methodologies. This role involves close collaboration with faculty members, visiting artists, and industry professionals.

One of my primary areas of focus is digital production for the department. I oversee the development and maintenance of websites, archiving systems, and local tools hosted in-house. Additionally, I provide both technical and theoretical guidance to students on critical media, digital matters, and creative coding practices. My approach to technology emphasizes exploring alternative methods and promoting open-source values whenever possible, encouraging students to think critically about the tools and platforms they use in their practice. Through creative coding workshops and tutorials, I help students understand programming as a creative medium, enabling them to develop interactive installations, generative designs, and experimental digital projects that push the boundaries of traditional visual communication.

center for future publishing

As Curator and Content Coordinator for the OpenLab at the Center for Future Publishing (CfFP), I curated and managed this experimental research platform exploring the future of publishing in the digital age. My responsibilities included coordinating content development, curating events, and facilitating collaborative projects that investigated new models of knowledge production and distribution.
The OpenLab served as a space for experimentation with alternative publishing practices, bringing together designers, artists, writers, and technologists to explore emerging forms of digital publication. As curator, I organized workshops, talks, and collaborative projects that questioned traditional publishing paradigms and proposed new methodologies for content creation and distribution.
Key activities included coordinating interdisciplinary research projects, facilitating community engagement, and developing experimental publishing tools and methodologies. The role involved close collaboration with international partners and contributors to advance critical discourse around the future of publishing.
The Center for Future Publishing operated as part of HEAD Geneva's research ecosystem, contributing to broader discussions about design, technology, and cultural production in the digital era.

embassy of the netherlands

During my academic exchange in Colombia, I participated in the organization of the event "the book fair of Bogotá" as a digital designer consultant for the embassy of the Netherlands in Colombia, the latter being the guest country of honor. This event recorded more than 70,000 visits and lasted 20 days. My mission was to make the link between the embassy and the cultural magazine "Arcadia" for the realization of a printed separatta and in parallel, I was in charge of ensuring the communication between the designer Irma Boom and the developers for the creation of a website dedicated to architecture, design and Dutch literature. In addition, besides the event, I was in charge of the design and the strategy of the social networks of the embassy (Facebook, Twitter, Mailchimp, Instagram, Typeform). Currently, I take care of the digital design for the ambassade, which consists of 1. The declination of the site made by Irma Boom to a Blog to increase the digital presence of the Embassy in all cultural events in Colombia. 2. The Design of Infographics on human rights and LGBTI equality as well as cultural and economic links between Colombia and Holland. 3.Production of print media for magazines and ban- nières. 4.Creation of newsletter and forms with Typeform and Mailchimp.
